    I would come back everyday if I live in SLC. I ordered their signature pho 33. The amount of meat, oh my god. The out one star cause the waiter who served me was a bit rude.

    Easy to find. Great parking lot with spots even at 12:15 on a Wednesday. Super quick service. I tried my friend's bun bo hue broth because it sounded good but had a chili pepper icon next to it on the menu and it really wasn't that spicy. I could totally order it next time. Good flavor! I got the spring rolls and they were fine. More rice noodle than I'd like but the dipping sauce made up for the blandness. I did like the other fillings in them. And I loved my rare beef pho. The meat was a great texture and so tasty and the broth was delicious! I drank most of it and savored every gulp!

    Food: the food was good and very reasonably priced. They had a variety of pho and various Chinese dishes, both very tasty. Would come again to try the other dishes. Service: we came in on a Tuesday night and got seated immediately. The staff is great and very efficient. They were attentive but not overbearing and very speedy. Note: don't expect a very chatty and over the top wait staff. If you prefer staff who are to the point and skip the fluff, this is the place for you! Ambiance: it was a calm setting, certainly bigger than it looks from the outside.

The addition of more seating options has made it easier to find a spot, even during busy times. The most notable change is their streamlined service, now utilizing mobile devices for orders. This upgrade has not only made the ordering process more efficient but has also greatly improved communication between servers and the kitchen, resulting in faster service and fresher dishes. A standout dish that I highly recommend is their Mi Sate Bo, especially with rice noodles for an extra spicy kick. Another delightful option is the Bun Bo Hue, which offers a lighter noodle alternative for those looking for a less filling option. The current Pho 33 has only elevated its status as the go-to pho place in the area.
